The overarching goal of this e-learning course is to equip healthcare professionals with comprehensive and standardized training to effectively address and reduce workplace violence incidents within the healthcare and social service industries. By providing essential knowledge, practical strategies, and evidence-based approaches, the course aims to empower participants in handling such critical concerns with confidence and ensuring a safer and more secure work environment for all.

This training program has been specifically developed for a healthcare company with the primary focus of educating new and current employees about trauma. The organization has observed that a concerning 30% of first responders develop behavioral health conditions, such as depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which is higher than the 20% rate in the general population.

The overarching goal of this training is to prioritize the mental health and well-being of healthcare workers.
